It is a dynamic flowing form of yoga which harmonises breath and movement to give strength, grace and freedom.With a beautiful and powerful flow between the poses, you improve circulation, stimulate the abdominal organs, strengthen the body and stretch the muscles, leaving with a very good and relaxed feeling.
